Professional liar and part time Cruella de Vil impersonator Kellyanne Conway appeared on CNN this Friday morning to remind the world of why, at one point, there was a question of whether or not she would ever appear on television on behalf of the Trump Administration again. The stated purpose of her appearance was to address questions about the Trump Administration’s response to Russian interference in American elections. In recent weeks, it’s come out that Russian hackers targeted American voting software in dozens of states, and yet, it’s not as though the Trump Administration has broken with the president’s past stance of literally encouraging Russian interference. Kellyanne Conway had no decent answer to CNN’s Alisyn Camerota, instead going so far off the deep end with her answers that she ended up comparing Russian interference in the 2016 election to Democratic “interference” in their campaigning against Trump. Conway also erroneously compared what Russia has done and is doing to media “interference” in the critical light in which they cast the Trump campaign. Camerota led off the segment by asking Conway what the president’s response is to the new report stating that an order to interfere in the American election came from Russian President Vladimir Putin himself.
